Free shipping for orders above €70 within Belgium.

Shipping of sculptures to your home address is €5.7 for any order below €70.​

Shipping of cards to your home addressis €2.70 (orders of max. 13 cards), idem.

Shipping to the Netherlands, France, Luxembourg, Germany is €10.50.

Orders that only contain postcards and prints,ship out within 2-3 business days.

Orders that contain sculptures (handmade, no stock), ship out within 10 to 15 business days. Depending on how busy!

tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an order confirmation by mail. In that mail you will find a Track & Trace code and a link with which you can follow the exact delivery status of your order (http://track.bpost.be).
​
If you have opted for home or work delivery, you will need to sign a receipt. The postman will leave a note in your mailbox if you weren't at home. This note lists the 2 options you have to receive your package. You can pick up your package with the note at the nearest postal collection point. The address of this collection point is stated on the note. A second option is to ask bpost to redeliver your package. This can only be done at the same address as the original delivery. You can request a new offer on this page.
Please note: your package will remain at the post point for about 15 calendar days. If you forget to pick it up during that period, it will automatically be returned to our distribution center.
